Welcome to EverClean Evergreen. By accessing our website, browsing our content, or booking any of our professional cleaning services, you agree to be bound by and comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or scheduling a service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access our website or utilize our services.
1. Services Offered
EverClean Evergreen provides high-quality residential exterior cleaning and mobile automobile detailing services, including but not limited to:
- Exterior Residential Services: Window Cleaning, Pressure & Power Washing, Soft Washing, and Gutter Cleaning.
- Automobile Detailing: Interior Detailing, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, and Wheels/Engine Bay Cleaning.
2. Bookings, Quotes, and Pricing
We strive to provide accurate estimates for all requested services. However, the following rules apply:
- Estimates & Quotes: Initial quotes provided via our online contact form, email, or telephone are non-binding estimates based on the details, photos, or descriptions provided by the client.
- Price Adjustments: Final pricing is subject to confirmation upon physical inspection on the day of service. If additional effort, heavy staining, structural obstruction, or extended labor is required beyond the initial scope, we will notify you before beginning work.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full upon completion of the scheduled service unless prior written arrangements have been agreed upon.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Access
- Notice Period: We request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to provide site access at the time of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Weather Delays: Exterior cleaning services are dependent on safe weather conditions. In the event of severe rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures, EverClean Evergreen reserves the right to reschedule your appointment for the next available slot.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe working environment and high-quality results, customers are expected to prepare the property or vehicle prior to our team’s arrival:
- Residential Property Access: Please ensure working exterior water faucets and electrical outlets are available. Clear immediate obstacles (such as outdoor furniture, potted plants, toys, or pet waste) surrounding the areas to be cleaned. Keep windows and doors tightly shut during exterior washing.
- Automobile Detailing Access: Please clear all personal belongings, money, and items of value from the interior of the vehicle prior to our team’s arrival. Unlock the vehicle and ensure clear access to the driveway or workspace.
5. Property Inspection & Pre-Existing Damage
Our team conducts a visual inspection prior to commencing work on any home or vehicle:
- Pre-Existing Damage: EverClean Evergreen is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including loose window screens, degraded seals, weathered paint/clear coat, oxidized siding, or pre-existing scratches and cracks.
- Water Intrusion: EverClean Evergreen is not liable for water damage caused by improperly sealed doors, faulty window frames, or compromised structural elements.
6. Limitation of Liability & Claim Period
While our team takes extreme care in servicing your property, unexpected issues may arise:
- Damage Claims: Any claim of damage allegedly caused by our service must be reported to EverClean Evergreen in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
- Inspection Opportunity: The customer must allow EverClean Evergreen the opportunity to inspect and verify any claimed damage before hiring third-party repair services. Failure to report within 24 hours waives our responsibility for such claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, imagery, and design elements featured on this website are the property of EverClean Evergreen and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
